As we know many of you are interested in speaking and providing supportive testimony, we wanted to ensure you had this opportunity. 

We have developed a easy system for you to register.

2. A new page will load with a preloaded email to the PA DEP;
3. Add your information and click send.  

From the PA DEP Website:

"Those who wish to present testimony during a scheduled hearing are asked to register in advance by contacting the appropriate regional office. Registration for the hearing will be taken through the business day prior to the hearing. Individuals will be called to testify in the order in which they registered. If time permits at the hearing, those who did not register in advance will be given the opportunity to testify."
